Who we are

In the rolling hills of Tennessee, just outside the sleepy town of Eagleville, lives a group of horses helping disabled children.

We're glad you stopped by our website and hope you can visit us soon in person.

About our name

In the summer of 2001 we went to Lebanon, Tennessee to do pony rides for Empower Me Day Camp.
We were all blessed with wonderful kids taking turns riding ponies. As one of the riders, who had cerebral palsy finished her turn, she asked, "Did they see me do it?" Our hearts were tremendously touched that day. It was soon after that event that we started making plans for the Center.

Mission Statement

Our goal at the Did They See Me Do It? Center is to make a difference in the daily lives of physically, mentally, or emotionally challenged children. We strive to encourage confidence, self-esteem and independence through recreational and therapeutic riding.

How does therapeutic and recreational riding help?

Because riding gently and rhythmically moves the rider's body in a manner similar to the human gait, riders with physical disabilities often show improvement in flexibility, balance, and muscle strength. The unique bond formed between horse and rider can heal emotional wounds, and improve social skills.
